Teresa Sullivan Dolan, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, DipABLM, is a board-certified emergency and lifestyle medicine physician who has spent 29 years in emergency departments, most recently at DC's largest Level I trauma center, and before that at a regional trauma center handling roughly 72,000 visits a year, where she served as Assistant Medical Director.

Alongside clinical practice, she has spent two decades in healthcare leadership and consulting. As VP of Medical Director Operations at a Fortune 5 health company, she directed 170 physician leaders responsible for medical necessity review covering ten million Medicare Advantage members in all 50 states. She has led clinical operations for a national care navigation company serving 750,000 members, taken clinical platforms through NCQA and URAC accreditation, and served as a fractional chief medical officer for digital health companies.

She trained at Jefferson Medical College, completed an internal medicine internship at Emory University, and finished a combined emergency medicine residency at Georgetown and George Washington Universities. She holds executive certificates from Harvard in AI in Healthcare and from Georgetown in Organizational Development Consulting and Change Leadership.

Dr. Dolan has lectured at Georgetown and George Washington Universities and Penn State, delivered Grand Rounds, and spoken to academic, corporate and community audiences. She is licensed in eleven states.
